Guy Fieri's Vegas! Great Food! by Ivan Rodriguez

I had the opportunity to stop in and get a bite at Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen and Bar while on my trip to Las Vegas and I must say... it is on the money!!!!

Filled with crazy items on the menu, I had the"Original Burger" which consisted of a nice sized burger perfectly cooked but not overly done with a panco crust seasoned BBQ onion ring, thin sliced lettuce and loads of melted cheese and a spicy chipotle type mayo/sauce. The fries were also amazing and there are four types placed in the order. Thick cut steak fries, slim shoestring, seasoned crinkle cut with a spicy BBQ powder and skin on cut. Got to say I wish we had one of these where I live back home! 

So stop in and grab a bite next time your in town! It's located at the entrance to THE LINQ hotel and casino. It's definitely some good eats!
